Terms & Conditions
Reservations
To ensure availability, please make reservations for spa services, accommodation and café in advance to avoid disappointment.
Booking Deposit
We require a credit card imprint for all treatments booked. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos. Your credit card will not be charged if cancellation is made prior to 48 hours. Cancellations of less than 48 hours will forfeit 50% of their treatment. Cancellations or No Shows on the day will forfeit 100% of the treatment cost. Payments for Wellness Programme and Conferences must be paid in full before the Programme or Conference commences. Packages with accommodation will require a $100 deposit.
Late Arrivals
Our receptionist will give you your appointment time. Arriving late to your appointment will simply limit your treatment time so we urge you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can start your treatment on time.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can be printed on-line and paid for over the telephone with your credit card. They are valid for up to 6 months from time of issue. Please bring your Gift Certificate with you to your appointment. Expired Gift Certificates or Certificates without a booking number or expiry date will not be honored. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable. There are no refunds and not showing up for your appointment will render the Gift Certificate void.
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones are not permitted in the spa and must be turned off on arrival.
Therapists
If you prefer either a male or female therapist, please call our spa to arrange your preference at least two days in advance.
Spa Cuisine
If your packages include spa cuisine please let us know if you cannot eat or are allergic to certain foods at least two days prior to your booking. Food and drink is allocated per paying guest as part of their package. Please be aware that we must pre order food and that there are no extra servings. If you wish to pay for spa cuisine for treatments that do not include food, please order 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Water Usage
We are mindful of water restrictions and use water in a responsible and efficient manner in all of our treatments. All water used in the spa is recycled.
Disclosure of Information
You will be asked to complete a short confidendial consultation form upon arrival before your treatments. For your safety and comfort, please advise if you are pregnant, breast feeding, suffer from low or high blood pressure, heart conditions, have any allergies or have recently undergone surgery.
Groups
All group bookings will be allocated arrival and departure times. As our Spa Lounge/Waiting Room can accommodate only a limited number of guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to these times so that our other guests can also enjoy the comfort of our lounge area. We only accept guests having treaments in our lounge or manicure/pedicure suite due to space constraints.
Behaviour
We aim to provide a calm and relaxing environment for all of our guests, so please keep noise to a minimum. Loud, unruly and intoxicated behaviour will not be tolerated.
Age Limit
People under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the spa unless accompanied by an adult. Babies and young children are not permitted in the spa, unless for our Mums and Bubs Package.
