Terms & Conditions of Booking

Standard Booking Policy

  • A 50% deposit per person is required upon booking to secure reservation.    
  • Full Balance is required 21 days prior to arrival  
  • Payment Methods Accepted : Cash, Visa, Mastercard, ETPOS and Direct Deposit are available. Credit card surcharge may apply, and a 15% public holiday surcharge is applicable.   
  • Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or another person within a 12 month period (a rescheduling fee of $200 will apply).
  • Please note: The Indulge Spa and Wellness  Retreats are strictly non-smoking events
  • Tariffs may vary season to season and for longer stays.
  • Participants must be over 17years of age.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed on premises

Advanced Purchase Booking Policy

  • Places are strictly limited and are subject to availability 
  • Bookings require 50% payment upon booking to secure place on program
  • Available for direct bookings (not available through third party bookings)
  • May not be combined with any other offer  

Special Offers Booking Policy

  • Bookings under any special offers require full pre-payment upon booking to secure reservations
  • All specials are subject to availability and are not transferrable, redeemable for cash.
  • Postponement of date may result in forfeiting your special offer if this special is not available on your preferred date. Standard cancellation and date amendment fees apply

Cancellations Policy

  • A 20% administration fee will apply to accommodation packages if cancelled 21 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations after this time will incur loss of deposit.
  • Spa Treatments: A 48 hour cancellation policy applies. No shows will forfeit 100% of their treatment cost. (See Spa Menu conditions on Spa Treatments)

Contraband Items

  • It is requested that you do not bring caffeine, nicotine, additional food or alcohol with you we reserve the right to confiscate such items for safe keeping during your stay and return to you upon your departure

Specific Dietary Requirements/Medical Needs

  • We ask you to confirm all special dietary requirements at the time of booking.  Should you fail to do so additional charges may occur. Indulge Spa Retreat reserves the right to pass on costs to its client(you).
  • If you have a medical condition, we request that you provide us with a medical certificate from your practitioner which states that you are in a suitable condition to participate in activities scheduled at our retreats. Indulge Spa and Wellness Retreat cannot be responsible for your failure to alert us to your pre-existing medical condition.
  • If you require prescription medication, please bring this along with you to the Retreat, however it is important that you advise us of your condition (prior to participating) on your initial questionnaire.

Changes to the schedule

  • Indulge Spa and Wellness Retreat reserves the right to move scheduled activities without notice or advice to participants.  In the unlikely event of this occurrence Indulge Spa and Wellness Retreat will replace the time spot with another suitable activity.

Minimum numbers to conduct programe

  • We require minimum of 10 people for each of our three programes.
    If we do not reach the required numbers you will be moved to another scheduled date to your choosing or we will refund your deposit in full.
